Especially when they swiftly organized a doctor who spoke English for my leg infection. The room was spacious and boasted one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Breakfast offered a good variety, including delicious pasta, setting a great tone for the day. Minor service delays were noticeable during peak hours.

Single business traveler enjoying comfort
Plus, the staff was helpful, like Winda who made sure my colleagues got breakfast boxes when they missed the main meal.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but, still, the quality made it worthwhile.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The breakfast choices were amazing and catered for all tastes, especially the local cuisine. The hotel is situated in a great location, with easy access to transport links and local attractions. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views from our room, which added an extra special touch to our stay.
The air conditioning system was not working when we first arrived, which was quite uncomfortable. the complimentary water bottles were not offered in our room and we had to pay for them.
